Project Features/Highlights

The process is comprised of the following Vessels:

  • Thiosulate Generator with a 3'-0" diameter and a 13'-1" overall height
  • Liquid Absorber with an 11'-6" diameter and a 36'-6" overall height
  • Sweet Gas Knockout Drum with a 6'-6" diameter and a 30'-9" overall height
  • Oxidizer with a 16'-0" diameter and a 43'-7" overall height
  • Air Receiver with a 4'-6" diameter and a 13'-8" overall height
  • Oxidizer Vent Sealpot with a 5'-9" diameter and a 27'-8" overall height
Project Description

Design and fabrication of five ASME Code Stainless Steel Vessels and one ASME Code Carbon Steel Vessel for Chevron, San Ardo Lo-Cat II Process System.  We are working through an engineering group, Gas Technology Products, which has the overall responsibility of the process system.
