5055 Wilshire Building Addition/Renovation

Renovation of the existing 40-year-old Carnation Building. The project included the addition of two new elevators, new electrical and mechanical systems to the existing building. A new concrete parking structure and a four-story, steel-framed office building was constructed adjacent to the old building. The project included a new art deco lobby and exterior skin featuring a variety of natural stone finishes.
