Phase 1A consisted of constructing a one-story building with 14,000 sf of office space and 96,000 sf of production and support. Production takes place in a 39,000 sf cleanroom: 5,000 sf is rated as Class 100 space and 34,000 sf is Class 10,000. These areas have the potential to be upgraded to Class 100 and Class 1000 respectively.
