Current Progress
Piping and support fabrication being performed at our 2572 South Union avenue yard. Fabrication is complete. As of the end of October, we have delivered to site 75% completed fabrication of Carbon steel, Stainless steel, HDPE piping and 95% structural supports. All structural supports are complete with paint. The site is on highly-weathered, friable-to-weak granitic rock; making digging and backfill more labor intense. As of November 14, we have completed 75% of our foundation excavations, 45% forming, and 15% electrical conduit installation. Rebar installation will start the week of November 19 with concrete pours beginning the week November 26, weather not being a factor. Project Description
The planned new facility, located in Half Moon Bay, California will generate 11.5 megawatts of green electricity - enough power for over 7,500 average homes.
