PCL Industrial Services, Inc. is a full service heavy industrial general contractor, located in the oil-rich central valley of Bakersfield, California.

We have established a loyal client base, servicing the oil production, petrochemical, mining, power and cogeneration, gas compression and gas transmission industries, primarily in the southwestern United States.

We are an open shop contractor, with a work force of 500+ skilled craftsmen who take pride in meeting or exceeding our clients’ construction expectations by providing in-house quality products and service. Our services include general construction, construction management, and engineering/ procurement/construction (EPC).

We are located on 13-acre site which includes a 25,000-square-foot vessel fabrication and module construction facility that is certified to R, U and S stamps. The facility is fully equipped to support vessel fabrication and repair, as well as the fabrication of platework, structural steel and piping for our field construction projects. Our quality control programs are in full compliance with all ASME, ANSI and DOT requirements.
